These rates are for 1-4 guests. There is a $25 per person per night charge for additional guests. Seaside accommodates a maximum of six (6) guests. Monthly rental rates are available upon request.

Special Fees
Cleaning Fee: $40 per occupying person (there is no charge for children under 2 years).
Security/Damage/Key Return Deposit: There is a $200 Security Deposit due with your signed RENTAL AGREEMENT. Please use a separate check for this deposit. It will be returned in full, minus any damage charges, within thirty (30) days of receipt of our rental property keys.
Payment: We accept personal checks, bank and cashier's checks and traveler's checks. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.
