These rates are for 1-4 guests. There is a 10% per person per night charge for additional guests. Seaside accommodates a maximum of six (6) guests. Monthly rental rates are available upon request.

All rates are subject to change.
All rental rates are based on one (1) to four (4) guests. There will be an additional ten percent (10%) per night charge for guests number five (5) and six (6). There is a maximum capacity of six (6) guests.
MONTHLY RATES are available upon request.
Special Fees
Cleaning Fee: $40 per occupying person (there is no charge for children under 2 years).
Security/Damage/Key Return Deposit: There is a $200 Security Deposit due with your signed RENTAL AGREEMENT. Please use a separate check for this deposit. It will be returned in full, minus any damage charges, within thirty (30) days of receipt of our rental property keys.
Payment: We accept personal checks, bank and cashier's checks and traveler's checks. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.
